Creator outreach
We’ll reach out to 50–100 relevant local creators through personal DMs, manage follow-ups and coordinate RSVPs. The invitation can include a plus-one, Poplin credit and a 360 video experience.
Video coverage
You already have photography covered. Our team captures video of the arrivals, screening and conversations with Linda and her guests.
Recommended add-on: a 360 video booth
A fun reason to attend, with a short video guests can share straight from their phones. We recommend a Poplin-branded overlay, an attendant and instant digital sharing.
Rental packages from approximately $650 for three hours, paid separately by Poplin. Final cost and availability subject to vendor confirmation. View a local rental example.
Outreach target refers to invitations, not confirmed guests. Attendance and posting depend on who accepts. Creator places and plus-ones are subject to your guest allocation.

A clear split of the work.
The Farm Digital
Creative direction, creator outreach, filming and editing. We prepare the content and rollout, and help coordinate the booth if you choose to add it.
Poplin
Venue, guest list, event logistics and your booked photographer. Karina handles posting. Your paid media team can use the finished assets.
Optional extras, funded by Poplin: creator gifting or laundry credits, paid creator fees and any 360 video booth or other rental. We agree these before committing to them.
